Appointments
Adore Me Hair + Beauty Lounge recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule.
If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation/wait list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted.

 
Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations
You will receive a text reminder for your appointment 4 days in advance with the mobile phone number provided in your signed Guest Information Form.
A 48 Hour notice from the appointment time to cancel OR reschedule is REQUIRED.
A No Show No Call appointment takes up a
significant time gap and loss of availability for other clients.
However, we do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control, and we truly understand. Your first missed appointment will be pardoned but any No Show No Call appointment after that will result in a 50% charge of that service that must be paid in order to reserve your next visit.

We understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you may run late for an appointment. The time that you have scheduled is reserved just for you to use at your discretion. We will give every effort to deliver your services to you as best can be met with the remainder of your scheduled time that’s left due to tardiness as it will sacrifice our other guests experience at our salon. We strive to provide the best customer service for everyone and being on time makes that possible.

Hair extension appointments
A 50% Cash deposit is required and remainder paid in cash day of. Cancellations require 3 day notice in order to receive full deposit back. Appointments cancelled without 72 hours notice are subject to a non-refundable deposit fee as 3-5 consecutive hours are reserved. Extension care guide will be reviewed and sent home with you on how to maintain and protect your extensions.


Keratins and Weddings
A 50 % Cash deposit to reserve appt is required and remainder to be paid cash day of service.


 Services/Redo Policy
Before starting your service our Designers have a thorough consultation regarding your lifestyle, skin tone, face shape, likes and dislikes and to have you communicate your desires before starting your service to reach an understanding, agreement, and ensure a favorable service outcome. 
Should the outcome not match your expectations we are happy to make any minor adjustments that align with the original consultation & stylist within 5 Business Days of the original appointment. (We do not accept any Past Due Inquiries) 

The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color if that is what understanding & agreement was reached during consultation. It also does not cover a “change of mind” if you do not like what you requested that was discussed and approved by you. All service sales are final. Full service price applies after 5 business days. 
(Adore Me Hair + Beauty Lounge will not be liable for redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon)

 
Salon Etiquette & Children
Adore Me Hair + Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment. Children receiving/not receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Products 
 There are no returns or exchanges of products purchased at Adore Me Hair + Beauty Lounge. Few exceptions apply. We will gladly allow you to take home samples of any product of interest (limit 3 items). If you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, this policy will allow you to try before you buy. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds brushes, discounted items, & Gift Cards.

Payment Methods 
 We accept the following: Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. There will be a $25-30 Service Fee for all bounced/returned checks. If you wish to leave gratuity it is welcomed by cash or check. Thank you.
